Be a good teacher...

According to the practicum and what i learn in the lesson, i discover that every children are independent, the development and ability of them are diiferent. For example, a part of children are good at art development , a part of children are good at physical development. Otherwise, in the lesson, when teacher teach children some knowledge, children may understand that all the teacher teach or a part of children may not understand what teacher say.
So the important thing that be a good teacher is know how to design a suitable activities to let all different children can learn. Also, the best teaching is let children  learning through play.
